7pm.........There will be a brief 30 minutes or so get together
for us to talk about the week ahead.

7.30-8.00am Optional Light Breakfast.
A light breakfast of fruit, some cereals, hot drinks etc will
be available.
It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach but we understnd this may
be a tall order for
those who have never done a yoga retreat before and need something inside
to start the day ahead.
Do keep it light though so your body is ready for the morning practice.
8.30-11am.....Practice
11.30am.........Brunch
4-5.45.............Practice
6.30pm.......... Dinner
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, as above
Wednesday and Friday as above, however after 11am practise
the rest of the day is free time
