If these papers are of interest to you, and you have any points, questions or problems, please e-mail us. Also if you feel it to be of value to you would you please hand on the website address. Questions and points made by some of us that have written in, we will try to answer in the following text. Opening the doorBy opening the door of the London Buzz , which we may also find perhaps, may be the door to our own individual mind, hopefully enabling us to expand our perception of this our world, that we may come to find begins within each one of us. The object is for those of us that are interested to unfold for ourselves as single units, to a level of expanded vision, whereby the need, based on fear, for outside dependencies is no longer a need, including "the London Buzz " Getting on the BusWe are going to carry this out on a purely "see for yourself" basis. There are no experts, the intelligence is ourselves. The London Buzz is a tour bus, moving to areas in our mind where perhaps not many other buses go. Some of us may get to the Tower, because all routes lead to that point, we may find. Some of us may leave the bus at points of beauty and distraction, but once the journey has begun, there will come a time whereby we will have a need to rejoin the bus. If at times we forget to put in the "we may find's", the "could it not be so's", etc. etc., would we please consider them written, as we may be preoccupied with the bus. The object we may find, is to cut out all the "whatever we want to call it?" Thus, maybe enabling the possibility of seeing the wood without the trees getting in the way. Outer appearances and the journey within.Basically, for those of us taking part, what we are, if possible, moving to unfold for ourselves, is the essence, the pure spirit, within us all, without speculation or enigma, pure and simple how it began, without posing or window dressing, managing directors, or traveling salespeople, and without objecting to them. We are not into analysis, we are looking to the spontaneity of clear vision. The acceptance of things as they are. We are not saying anything written is the truth, only is it the truth? The object of the exercise is for us all to do this thing, if at all possible in a manner so that it can be in its own time, grasped, seen and understood by every walk of life, from the bottom of the ladder to the top, and very often what we've been conditioned to believe is the bottom of the ladder may very often be the top, and vice versa. From the prison to the palace it is for each one of us that has the courage, to quietly go within ones own mind, perhaps touching upon areas that previously have been avoided, we may find all answers lie within each and every one of us. Together we will take the bus tour around the mind. We will be using terminologies as a trigger that were found to be effective, that were used together and with one another in both The Cavern and Yesterdays Bread, and from before, always hopefully not from above, not from below, but together, including humour and the joy of understanding. Hopefully for some of us the foundation for actual liberation in a subtle manner was being laid. We can read why and then conceivably see why. Hopefully some of the seeds from then are beginning to, and have flowered, without a spiritual hierarchy. This is something we are doing together in a manner that is colloquial, and may not be at times politically correct, and may at times be very direct and words that we may have been conditioned to believe are bad language may be used, also hopefully humour. So if we are easily offended, don't get on the bus, it will be direct and down to earth. If at first you don't see, wait. It has no label, cannot be labeled, cannot have a hierarchy, and can only be lived according to what is seen, not what is believed in. What is written here in this issue, might or might not be an opportunity to help us find out where we are at, and also perhaps move out of confusion, whilst surrounded by confusion. We can read why and then conceivably see why. If we come to see truth in what is written here, with wisdom it should be protected, but cannot be defended. May the power of the Flower be with you, Peace with understanding, The London Buzz Idol worship or Individual ResponsibilityThe London Buzz is not into instigating idol worshipping, be they visible or invisible, from the 60's or from any time in recorded history, or converting anybody from one thing to another, but what we are doing is attempting to inspire ourselves to have the courage to look within ourselves for answers to the problem of pain and suffering, and war and conflict on this now small planet of ours. To look within ourselves to a point whereby we may see hostility, discord, pain and suffering has its roots, its beginnings within each one of us as individuals. There are no spiritual "directors" . We are all responsible for making the journey in, The Illusion of securityIn our constant quest for security and continual attempts at making the impermanent permanent -" the pain of attachment "- and is this not from the past projected into the future? How often is our mind still enough to experience the "now" ?, and could it not also be so, that the only thing that makes our insecurity so uncomfortable is the fact that we deem it a must, that we have that very impermanent sensation of security? , and does this not encompass anxiety, "fear" ? We may come to find in absolute reality that "security does not exist". If this be so, how really individual are we as individuals? "We just cant get enough of this security thing" Motives behind our Actions and ReactionsIf we just watch our minds, with an alert and sharp perception, accompanied by an honest acceptance of the bottom line factual motives behind our actions and reactions throughout our daily routine, in so doing we may find out for ourselves how thought and imagination effect the process of inhibition of mind expansion. We may observe thoughts as passing clouds, but that should not create a fog of analysis. As we go along, we may find this to be meditation, and if as we move about the mind together we are able to touch on the bottom line truth, this we may find is the very foundation of spirituality, and liberation, and then perhaps that need to be dependent on something outside of ourselves for answers will begin to dissipate. We may find doors in the mind that have been closed and locked, which will begin to open of their own accord, as the oil of acceptance and compassion is applied to rusted hinges and locks. Then as our minds expand, seeing and understanding takes place. For many of us, we may find we either choose to put or are conditioned to put our security eggs into the basket of one or another organisation, be it "business", "political", "religious" within and including the nation. And for reasons of practicality, why should we not? But do we not as single units defend an image, this ornamentation of how we wish to be perceived? And how often is this not in relationship to the "organisation"?, and are we not moving around in a defending mode, even though no one is attacking us. Does this not bring about tension? So therefore is the organisation not defending? and does this guarding not stimulate guarding and perhaps offence? Surely this all brings about a "cling-on" mentality, which can, can it not, encompass narrowness, bigotry, and the locking in of the potential for mind expansion. "The ego in relationship". From the Past"Do we not reside in the realm of want?" We want to move from insecurity to security, and then do we not want to secure that security? How many of us can never have enough money, or do we only think that we can? "There are none more needy than us the greedy" Us gamblers, do we not need money to lose, to enable us to have that sensation that anticipation and excitement that we might win - is this not anxiety, calculated fear? Or are we not trying for a repeat of that elated sensation of security we had when we first won in the distant past? A starting state of mind, we may find, can sometimes be very productive, because in the beginning we do not know quite what to expect. We expect not too much, and so we get a big high . But does this first big high not soon become reduced back to the norm, the realm of want, the desire for the repeat performance? And in some cases we may find ourselves in the realm of the neurotic craver - craving for a repeat of that first experience, making the following experiences, when we can get them, quite dull by comparison, but we still have the anticipation, brought forward from the past in search of the permanent satisfaction that does not exist. Are not our wants from the past drop-kicked into the future, only to have to repeat the action again - "constantly heading towards something", "round and round we go", "up and down we go". At this level of consciousness, "can we have an upper without a downer ?" But because we do have a human mind, "we do know all this, and everything else in its completeness", the problem is we have such a tremendous fear of letting go of what we are so uncomfortable with,( in some cases this may include what we are conditioned to believe is our intelligence). Therefore we call it the "unknown". We are constantly making comparisons which finally we may find can be quite painful to us, and sometimes quite vicious to others, and also quite pointless and quite stupid. Comparisons are for practical reasons. We are not saying that we should not have pleasure, all this is not to bring about narrowness and fanaticism, in fact, hopefully the reverse. How many facets of life existence could we apply all this to in this world of ours? And does this not also "create the concept of time", and in its more gross forms within us as human beings, can it not bring about the most horrendous states of cruelty, pain, suffering and war? This constantly heading towards something that will secure what we imagine to be security; money power, religion or whatever. Is this not the insecurity of security. To bring peace to this world?Do we really want world peace? Throughout world history, have we not always justified wrong action for the right end product? And has not this wrong action not always brought about the wrong end product - pain, misery and suffering ? As many of us are aware, we vote in Governments that reflect the average level of conscious awareness of the Nation, we pay their wages and give them complete control over the nations wealth, armed forces, and law-making. And us as politicians, do we tell the population the truth, do we duck and side track to avoid a direct question? Do we submit annual accounts to our employers, the society that voted us in? When we're voted in, do we become very excited? Do our loyalties go beyond that loyalty to the party, the organisation? and that word pride that often some of us throw about - what price do we pay to maintain that? Do we hood wink and manipulate our employers with propaganda? We are all in this together and again the reaction we have is our reaction. So surely us politicians must find out and know our motives for wanting to be politicians. For on our say so, the most precious commodity on this planet can be at risk - a human life. Or do some of us on the back wash of perhaps money, power, religious, political, separatist conditioning, feel ourselves, therefore our organisation, to be more special, more learned more knowing, more entitled to the privilege of a human body - defending perhaps? And on the other side of what we may find is exactly the same coin, some of us have exactly the same feeling of antagonism and hostility towards the wealthy and powerful. There are those of us that are greedy to have, and those of us that are greedy not to have, or are we? Is it not the same greed? Could there be any truth in that statement that "the representative for the workers rights, is very often a frustrated managing director". We may see that it always was and still is the same coin flipped from one side to the other. Just as we may find the level of consciousness of the government reflect the level of consciousness, on average, of the society, so the same could be said for other organisations. Do they not reflect the average level of conscious awareness of the participants? The peace at the end of the war is always a very temporary thing, and throughout history, we may find, each year there is at least one war somewhere on this planet. Just as the clear energy of peace begins within each one of us as single units, then surely peace will then begin within each single organisation, stemming from that single unit, not by doing alterations with the thought process. - "I was one of these, now I'm one of those" - again the same coin but flipped over. But by sharp observation of that coin, happiness is between thoughts, and we may become very happy to serve this world first and foremost, because we will begin perhaps to see that this world has served us, by enabling us to have a human body and mind, and therefore allowing us to unfold this thing. Not by way of what can I take, but by way of what can I give. So, therefore for us to see this thing in its fullness, surely it means we must expand our level of conscious awareness beyond the constrictions and limiting confines of the loyalties to the group or organisation. This will enable an enormous expansion in awareness and understanding to take place within ourselves as restraints are gently allowed to fall away of their own accord. On a foundation of truth, this expansion of understanding and values, will then begin to permeate throughout the organisation and correct action will take place. If the infinite expansion brought about by truth is seen and internalised by one person in 7,000, this planet will be completely transformed and turned the right way up - because at the moment we are all upside down, we may find. As hopefully we are coming to see, none of this is for looking with daggers at what is outside of ourselves, it is for looking at what is within. For we may find that what we dislike in another, is a facet of that which is within ourselves, that we refuse to take responsibility for. It is in some cases as though we have a special licence that others should not have. And do we not then "develop memories of convenience" that we imagine are conducive to the image and our psychological comfort, which often causes great discomfort, not only to ourselves. And if this gets out of hand, do we not have a very big problem? Hopefully we can move slowly by alert awareness, and begin to accept with warmth and gratitude that which previously was unacceptable within ourselves. For we may find that is where the warmth of compassion begins. Only when we see pride and ambition within ourselves and the lengths that we will go to to defend those states of being in relationship to the group, the organisation, within the organisation of the nation. Only then when we see how closely it is all linked with our greed and our fear, will we begin to come away from confusion, and begin slowly to see that perhaps we are all one another. Only then will war, conflict and separatism, perhaps come to an end in this world of ours. What other way could there be? Could this not be in truth and simplicity the opening of the 3rd eye. As perhaps we are seeing in this, we are attempting to unfold simply the pure spiritual essence, encompassing all things without measuring, labelling, or separating, although we are moving around our minds together and hopefully are and will be supportive of one another, this can only be seen and unfolded as an individual. As we unravel ourselves, from turmoil and discomfort. Sowing of bad seeds is the root cause of our problems, and as we go along, and expand and acknowledge within, we will, perhaps for ourselves, see the action of karma more and more clearly, and for us even to begin to build a foundation for our unfoldment, there are precepts that we must abide by to be of benefit to ourselves, and so therefore, to this world. We may find that as we begin to expand beyond the self, beyond the "why me's" and "if only's", we may see, for ourselves that all hatred is the hatred of oneself, and then we may find when we take part in witch hunting, we are hunting the witch that dwells within ourselves. Bullying with the penAnd does this not also include, and are there not acts of violence that can take place on a so called legal basis within some of our organisations -"bullying with the pen" , and in some cases the affect on people can be as prolonged and devastating as the physical bully. Here, we are not talking about asserting pressure to protect the infrastructure of the organisation, on the basis of the fact that still so many of us abuse kindness and understanding, and also we are not talking about those of us that have carried out actions in ignorance, although in absolute reality, it is all ignorance. What we are talking about is when we deliberately and perniciously bring to bear, unnecessary pressure, from a position of power within the organisation, onto people, or an organisation, in a much weaker position. "Sadistic pen pushing". Perhaps we may hold back the rightful payment outstanding to a small supplier for services rendered, knowingly bringing about worry and tension, that at times may be unsustainable. When we twist and turn the law, to wipe out a small business, where a few people were happy to earn their livelihood, knowing full well that they were too weak to afford legal defence and protection, and without us offering them, what would amount, to us, a pittance in compensation for the taking away of their livelihood, their way of life, and the misery brought about by our actions. And some of us, in legal organizations, how far along this dark road are we prepared to go? And how many of us use those justifying cliches: "I'm only doing my job", "they told me to", "I'm responsible to the shareholders", which brings us the shareholders into this scenario. Are we aware and do we condone, some of the activities that bring about pain and misery, by some of the companies we invest in, and should we as shareholders not take responsibility for our actions in all of this - surely we should know, and it should be made clear, the actual level of action adopted by the company we invest in. Surely we have to know for ourselves, from within the organisation, if pain and suffering in some part of our small world is being cashed in upon, and so therefore perpetuated. There is enough for everybody's health and well being on this planet, and in our own way we all must do what we can to see that all are catered for. -And on a lighter note, as many of us know - Yesterdays Bread does know something about all this. There is nothing wrong with money if the price is right, and one perhaps should be aware, never to be bought and paid for, and never to sell for material gain that spiritual essence that lays within each and every one of us. So again we must say, our conscious awareness must go beyond the artificial comfort and protection of the organisation, and again see that violence, war and conflict begin within each of us as individuals - wrong action is always the outcome of ignorance. If we are consciously aware that we have handed out from our high chair, misery and suffering, could it not be from the split brought about by the comparisons we have made, and the defence of artificial confidence brought about by ambition, which has brought the level of constantly having to defend what we feel perhaps to be a precarious position. If the cap does not fit, don't wear it, but if it does fit, for our own spiritual well-being and therefore the spiritual well-being of this entire world, with awareness, acknowledgment, and the liberating acceptance of oneself, this type of action must be brought to an end. And if at all possible past injurious actions made good. If not with conscious awareness, we must say to ourselves "that will not happen again", and with sharp observation of our mind and awareness of our motives. This will bring about an expansion in conscious awareness and a movement beyond previous levels of consciousness, and here we may find again for ourselves, that carrying guilt is a psychological manifestation that may inhibit expansion - ashamed, yes, but harbouring guilt, no. The harbouring of guilt brings about fear. If we choose to ignore our own wrong actions, and continue in the same manner in our quest for the artificial comfort of impermanence, there may come a time that we will experience the suffering and discomfort we have meted out. Even though we may avoid it for a lifetime, "we may find we get away with nothing". And we may find the suffering we will experience will be in a manner more intense, because the environment of the recipient is also affected by wrong action, a "knock on". The action of compassion and kindness, we may find to be an energy of such pure clarity, that if one in 7000 realised it, that energy would permeate throughout the world. We may also find compassion is not all hair stroking in fairyland. As the "me" and the "my", of its own accord begins to diminish and pass away, so fear and its glove of greed will also begin to diminish and fall away. A state of generous understanding will arrive to the mind and this we may find, will allow the mind to expand beyond the boundaries of conditioned security, speculation and the pain and strain of "from past to future", that encompass this level of being, and then perhaps all the acting, posing and "tweety birdy" spirituality will also end itself, as we come to see, that it may take a very very long time for the acting to become the actress or actor, this state of being "unnaturally natural", "insincerely sincere" can promote fear and alienation from experiencing our real self, especially when the actor and actress convince themselves that they are the acting - again perhaps, the need to defend. To have a head full of book and a heart full of the greed, of self importance, can cause much conflict in this world, and, we may find, one cannot read themselves into heaven. Also as we unfold, we may come to realise that intelligence is not what we are conditioned to believe it is. One should follow their spiritual nose, and not the common herd. To enable us to get the most from this observation of our own mind, and as an aid or an option, and as we know, all this that is written is a "take it or leave it" option. But the main thing is that it may help us to see if there is any truth in all of this that has been written, and if as individuals we can go beyond speculation, which will enable us to perhaps have a firm foundation for our unfoldment, without incorporating too much fear in letting go. Therefore, perhaps, no longer having the painful need for dependancies outside of ourselves. MeditationWatch gently to keep the mind on the job in hand, don't worry about passing thoughts, but as soon as we become aware of them, bring the mind back onto what we are doing. If we are walking, experience walking, experience the feet touching the ground. If we are washing the face, experience the hands touching the face. If we are sweeping, that is the experience we are having, move to the job without the disconnection by thought. When we wake in the morning, if we want to, and which may compliment this meditation of awareness, do some stretching exercises for a few minutes straight away, to clear the mind of sleep and then wash, shower, or whatever. Before eating or drinking, if one can, sit in a straight back chair in an erect position, put one hand in the other, preferably in a room with few distractions, close the eyes if we want to. To aid concentration, draw the eyes to a point whereby we are concentrating on the location of the third eye, an inch or two above the bridge of the nose. Breath normally, but just bring the mind to concentrate on the point where the air touches the nostrils on entering. If the mind wanders with thought, don't worry about thought, gently bring the mind back to the point of concentration. Sit for between a quarter of an hour and three quarters of an hour. If we can, sit again of an evening before eating. If one feels one is not meditating, sit for a quarter of an hour watching the clock, and see how long time then takes. We may find there is no need to do marathon sits, especially if we have a days work to carry out, which is also a major part of our meditation. We may then find that we are not enlightenment chasers, or heaven pursuers, chasers of a spiritual carrot that has been dangled in front of us, or using the same design to chase after enlightenment as another person uses to chase after the country mansion. Enlightenment is an arrival, the experience of spiritual insights and liberation can take place at any time. We all have passing thoughts, and one cannot think not to think, as this splits the mind. We may come to see that thought during meditation is just sometimes energy moving up, (unless we are indulging ourselves), and the energy moving up may be old rubbish and fears that have been locked in for a long time, and not really associated with what is being thought about. We are saying this in case at times, our sit appears to drag, it all has much value, we may find. We are not into analysis, we are into clear vision. Of interest, we may find that meditation on something outside of ourselves, like a candle flame, can induce an hypnotic state. We are not saying does, but can. This can also, we may find in some cases, make us vulnerable to suggestion, neurotically dependent on something or somebody outside of ourselves, whom may also be dependent upon us. This can cause alienation, and have a zombie like effect, more so perhaps if we are in search of answers. We are on our own at the end of the day, so let us be on our own in the beginning. We are our own master, our own guru. Here, we just move about our minds together to find out hopefully the bottom line, unbendable truth which we may find will bring about liberation from the torment of attachments and comparisons and hostility. We may find it far better to be at the very least 2 weeks drug free before under taking the sitting practise,.That means drugs that are unprescribed. This does not include tobacco, although it is bad for the health. If this undertaking of meditation throws up an energy release, that has an angry manifestation, one can experience it without expressing it violently. This may be the release of an anger, a fear suppressed from somewhere in the past, and there will come a time whereby maybe we will say "oh, that's what it was, been down there all that time", or sometimes more recent things. But if drugs are in the system, this may happen in a manner where the experience may be too difficult to control, and sometimes perhaps on a far too regular basis. Also with the sitting practice, we will get just as much out of it by sitting on a chair as we would by sitting in some position on the floor that may have appealed to our exotic imagination, just to get the imagination bit out of the way. But where and how we sit is entirely up to us. What will be received will be received. So with a keen sharp observance and an acceptance of the motives behind the activities of ones mind, we may find out if or not these things written are true. It is not an analysis, nor is it a procedure, it is the acknowledgment , and acceptance of ourselves, with all our shortcomings, brought about by attachment in relationship to this world, ( which does not mean that we should not have) But if what we do have, has us, we have a problem. The child we are bringing up is ourselves, and in so doing, should be carried out with much warmth and affection - criticism with understanding. As we have said before, if wrong action has been carried out in the past, we should feel ashamed, but not carry guilt. To ourselves we must say, "that will not happen again". The reactions we have in this world, and to this world, are our reactions. If somebody tries to throw to us their dark energy, with sharp awareness and compassion, duck and let it pass over. Although one with wisdom may make the appropriate noises until the energy has dissipated, we should always make good "wrong action" if we can. The warmth, affection, release and gratitude one gleans for oneself from the unfoldment of oneself, is the beginning of compassion, and to know oneself in completeness, we may find, is to know every human being who is, who ever has been, and whoever will be on this planet, we may find a level of understanding and compassion that is boundless. "In absolute reality, evil does not exist, we may find it is just blind ignorance" There is nothing wrong with discontentment, if we stop trying to feel content, and there is nothing wrong with insecurity, if we stop trying to feel secure. So, surely if this is the truth, the spiritual essence, it cannot in our now small world, be named, decorated, posed with, labelled, sectioned off, and separated, as does this not bring about confusion and conflict? Again, surely the truth does not need to be defended, is it not self-supporting, unless perhaps in our ignorance, we have perhaps twisted and turned, ornamented and graded it into confusion, and could that not bring about a constant becoming, and therefore perhaps control by fear? We may find the acknowledgment and acceptance of truth within ourselves will bring about its own dissipation of fear, and then perhaps the looking for gradings will be of no more consequence to us. Because, as for ourselves as a single unit, we see for ourselves that wisdom is beyond the yard stick - It stands alone! When we have expanded to a magnitude whereby we realise that all hatred is self hatred, and the witch we hunt is always the witch that dwells within ourselves, and therefore we may find that we are one another. The seeing of all this in a pure and simple manner, we may find, will enable our actions to be of benefit to this small world of ours, beyond the confines of the organisation. Beyond, because our actions are without feeling that pressing need to use a label or seek gratification for ourselves by spotlighting the organisation, which is in fact ourselves in relationship to the organisation. Because at that level, the organisation is us, and we are the organisation. Every child on this planet is our child, and their future is our future, with the energy and clarity of a clear mind, we will begin to understand what compassion is, without doing a reformation job on desire, with all its accompaniments. Surely this is keeping it as pure and simple as when it began? In absolute reality could it not be so, that thought and imagination are quite pointless and always from the past projected into the future. So lets get back to the perfection of reality. If in reality, its the truth, then lets return to reality. Here we are not trying to conjure up some new sensation, or high chair or perch, that can be shaken or rocked, but we are trying to conjure up enough courage, confidence and intelligence to be a fool. Or is it that we just want to want? Enlightenment and compassion.Did we create compassion, or did compassion create us ? Did we create the gene, or did the gene create us ? If we love what we are but hate what we were, surely we still are what we were. Surely to see this in its fullness, we must allow our minds to expand beyond the confining loyalties to the organization, whatever it may be. Heaven, we may find ,is where we are at any given moment, - not many people know that! As we ourselves unfold, a stage may be reached whereby what we have unfolded for ourselves, and touched upon would not be exchanged for all the wealth and power this impermanent world has to offer - it is infinite. Perhaps then we will give to this world in a manner that is beyond the confinement of any umbrella that perhaps we imagine we derive shelter and comfort from. As we go along, we may find just how much our oranisations do have in common, and in some cases, are we not buying and selling our spirituality, enclosing what is within each of us, the very essence of this universe? There is no reason why we should not have the country house, or the yacht, or the toys of this world, but if we have a level of consciousness that is dependent on these things, or the getting of these things, or even the dependence on not getting and having these things, it is then that we have the problem. Unfortunately, the only language that is common to this world at the moment is money. "Never use bad language". Other than this, we may find words are just words and bad language may just be the gross energy behind the spoken word ? And those of us that take part en masse, in acts of violence and destruction, in environments other than and maybe including our own, bringing about fear and injury. As individuals what are our motives for our actions, is our greed for control any different from any other greed ? In some cases, could the level of consciousness not be the same, but painted a different colour ? The tablet of truth, for many of us is too big to swallow in one gulp, and perhaps needs to be administered from outside of the organisation, and regime, to be internalised within, especially if conditioning is deeply ingrained - "our flag", "our oath taking", "our different traditions", "our worshipping", and the fear of letting go - sorry, but lets watch our reaction, spiritual liberation is meant, harm is not. Finally, perhaps from within the organisation, one or two of us in the beginning might see clearly, and not according to indoctrination or speculation, that first and foremost, we have a non-judgemental spiritual obligation to this world, and the people of this world, and surely the most important part of that obligation, is the commitment to seeing that the people of this planet have the basic needs for the potential for expansion and unfoldment as a human right; food water, health, shelter and education, without feeling the need to convert them into one organisation or another. In all this, hopefully we may come to see the value of human laughter and the ability to laugh at oneself, the freedom to experience a childlike state, without the cruelty of being childish. It is the medicinal energy we have created, or if we are into God, that God has given us. For body and mind it can be a release of fear that we have trapped within us from the distant past, and not too distant past also.. As we open the minds doors to it, it can be contagious and liberating, from smiling and giggling together, maybe at nothing in particular, up to the full throttle, it can have a good healing effect on the body. It is the medicinal compound we have created, as an antidote, we may find, for such things as: fanaticism, bigotry, all forms of narrowness that lock in expansive understanding and acceptance, that the extremes of stupidity, political correctness, takes upon itself. We have seen humorists, when humour was based on direct insight, closed in upon and squeezed out, often by organisations of so called liberation. We perhaps may one day see that much of the humour that now is shied away from, by the media, may well have been as we may find as our consciousness expands, of a tremendous psychological homeopathic value to society. To see the funny side of what we only imagine to be our differences, it is the energy behind the word, that gross dark energy of hatred and fear which is unacceptable, and in those cases, the unacceptable should not be accepted, as this also is contagious. But in so doing, wish them well, for they are unwell. But on the other hand, it can be of spiritual benefit, to occasionally "have the rise taken"out of us as individuals or groups, especially when we ourselves begin to see the funny side of it. But we ourselves must surely see the side to this political correctness, that can bring about, suppression, alienation, and a slow fuse for a potential explosion, especially if it be used in a manner whereby we torment and threaten each other with it, without the humour it can be misused, perhaps by some of us that are a little emotionally immature. We are not perfect, so before looking over the fence at the weeds in next doors garden, first we might pull out the weeds from our own garden, and in so doing, we may find that the roots from the weeds that appear in next doors garden, stem from our own garden. The work in hand in removing our own weeds, may become so interesting and absorbing, that flowers begin to create themselves, and then if we do just happen to take a casual glance over the fence, we may well see flowers also in next doors garden, and where their roots stem from will be of no importance to us, the fact that there are flowers will make us very happy. But if we enter our neighbours creative garden with the intention of taking secretly the creative flowers, or even the overall concept of the creative garden, then our own ground will be dry and stony, therefore bringing about a constant need to repeat the action. Finally our neighbour may have the need to build a fence around the creative garden, bringing to an end the freedom of others to experience the inspiration, the fragrance, the beauty and tranquility of the creative garden. Others will then put fences around their creative gardens, because of the momentum brought about by such action. But the biggest and most guarded wall of all, will be the wall enclosing a garden of dry stony ground. Some may have vision of sufficient clarity to penetrate the wall of the garden of dry stony ground, but sufficient wisdom , whilst time takes its course, to remain at a distance. In absolute spiritual reality:Can there be such a thing as spiritual competitiveness? Can there be such a thing as spiritual jealousy? Can there be such a thing as spiritual greed? Can there be such a thing as spiritual ambition? Can there be such a thing as spiritual blasphemy? Can there be such a thing as spiritual confinement? Can there be such a thing as spiritual inferiority complex or superiority complex? One thing is the other, why should we wish to feel superior? And those of us that are into leading and those of us that are into following, Guru-ing and disciple-ing, is not the object of our Guru-ing to enable another to abandon fear, the pain of attachment, dependency .In some cases do we not encourage attachment to ourselves and recreate a level of dependency in our own direction, and in some cases, is it not easier to control a small number of disciples. And us, the followers, should we attach ourselves to Guru's, coloured pictures, and ornaments -Imagaining that someones picture is going to transport us into heaven. Problems can arise if someone has a coloured picture of a different transporter. Here again, nobody's saying we should, and nobody's saying we should not. In some cases, do the followers need the Guru, or does the Guru need the followers? Taking into consideration that spirituality can also have that starters mind that we spoke about earlier on, ( starters mind, gambling, money drugs, etc. etc.), and if our head is suddenly moved into the clouds, perhaps we should be sure that our feet are firmly on the ground, because these states of mind can easily be cashed in upon, and the other side of this coin, perhaps, can be the finishers mind, whereby we begin to have a deal on the basis of fear. None of this is hard and fast, and as always if the cap doesn't fit, there is no point in wearing it ! For those of us that remain at the rear of the queue, with quiet observance an experience can come upon us, a transendancy, an expansion in conscious awareness, that will be completely beyond the comprehension of those that have fought their way to the front of the queue. When the moment is right, instigation and separatist propaganda will end itself. Physical, pen pushing, and position bullying will end itself, and the separatist world will no longer exist. Truly one World consciousness. War, conflict, separatism, will bring itself to an end.We cannot bring it to an end.Could this not be the spiritual healing that we have been crying out for. Is there any other way? |
